Persiapan Wawanca yang Sukses

Saat kita dipanggil untuk melalukan wawancara atau yang sering disebut dengan “job interview” ada beberapa hal yang harus kita perhatikan sebelum melakukan wawancara dan berhadapan dengan recruiter. Berikut ini adalah hal-hal yang harus kita persiapkan sebelum melakukan wawancara :

1.      Pakaian

Ini adalah salah satu yang terpenting sebelum kamu memutuskan untuk melakukan wawancara, pakaian adalah hal utama yang akan recruiter perhatikan ketika kamu bertemu dengannya. Bukan seberapa mahal outfit kamu, tetapi mereka mungkin akan menilai seperti apa gaya berpakaian mu, sopan atau tidaknya pakaian yang kamu gunakan, rapih atau tidak dan yang terpenting kamu juga harus memperhatikan karakter yang kamu akan datangi.

2.      Grooming

Ingat grooming juga salah satu hal yang penting ketika kamu ingin melakukan wawancara, baju harus wangi! Rambut rapih, jangan menutupi wajah kalian. Karena recruiter sangat amat akan terganggu ketika rambutmu menghalangi wajahmu. Wangi, pakai parfum yang tidak menyengat tetapi masih fresh ketika kamu gunakan. Potong kuku dan jangan pakai aksesoris terlalu berlebihan.

3.      Tenang

Pewawancara akan melihat akan segala tindak tundukmu selama proses wawancara berlangsung, jadi diharapkan kamu tetap tenang selama wawancara berlangsung. Jangan duduk ketika kamu belum dipersilahkan untuk duduk dan grasak grusuk atau panik ketika pewawancara bertanya dan menatap matamu atau melakukan hal bodoh seperti garuk-garuk dan mengetuk sepatu ke meja, akan sangat fatal jika pewawancara mu mulai risih. Coba untuk diam dan tetap tenang sambil memikirkan jawaban apa yang akan kamu berikan kepada pewawancara. Tetapi jangan berlama-lama ya agar tidak dinilai lamban oleh mereka.

4.      Percaya diri

Jika kamu merasa tidak dapat menjawab pertanyaan yang diberikan, cari cara untuk tetap terlihat percaya diri. Tetapi biasanya wawancara kerja hanya seputar diri kamu sendiri kok. Bagaimana kamu akan berkontribusi ke perusahaan itu. Kalau kamu percaya diri, pasti akan menciptakan suasana yang rileks dan tenang. Sehingga segala bentuk pertanyaan dapat kamu selesaikan dengan baik. Sampaikan jawabanmu dengan jujur, apa adanya.

5.      Berpikir lugas

Wawancara kerja merupakan momen yang tidak boleh disepelekan. Jadi jangan kamu sia-siakan kesempatan baik ini. Karena diluar sana banyak yang kesulitan mencari pekerjaan. Gunakan waktumu sebelum melakukan wawancara untuk research seperti apa perusahaan yang akan kamu datangi, profile nya, tujuannya dan karakteristik perusahaannya. Jadi ketika pewawancara bertanya apa yang kamu ketahui tentang perusahaan tersebut kamu dapat langsung menjawabnya dengan baik. Ketika kamu dapat menyelesaikan pertanyaannya dengan baik, pewawancara akan menilai seniat apa kamu akan bekerja di perusahaan mereka. Berikan kesan alami dan seolah tidak dibuat-buat dan betul-betul kamu menginginkan pekerjaan tersebut.

6.      Jangan berkeringat

Kalau kamu gugup pasti akan berkeringat ketimbang mereka yang santai, dan ini akan dinilai buruk oleh perusahaan loh. Kamu dianggap cemas dan gak akan tampil maksimal ketika wawancara berlangsung. Padahal pada saat momen ini kamu harus tampil prima dan fresh. Pewawancara juga akan jadi ilfeel ketika melihat kamu yang bercucuran keringat. Sebaiknya atur diri kamu agar tidak merasa cemas dan gugup.

7.      Tetap Fokus

Kamu akan dihadapkan dengan beberapa pewawancara, biasanya saat pertama kali kamu diundang wawancara kerja, pewawancara yang akan kamu hadapi biasantya adalah tim HRD. Selanjutnya mungkin kamu akan dihadapkan dengan user atau yang akan menjadi atasanmu langsung. Mereka akan memiliki pertanyaan yang beda-beda pula maka tetaplah fokus pada satu demi satu pertanyaan, jawab semaksimal mungkin. Apabila pewawancara meminta jawaban yang lebih rinci, segera jelaskan tanpa terlalu lama dan berpikir. Hindari segala bentuk gangguan seperi dering ponsel ya!

8.      Jaga penampilan dengan tersenyum

Karena sebaik-baiknya penampilan kalau kamu jutek dan pelit senyum, it’s a big no for them to hire you as their team. Gak ada salahnya menebar senyum saat wawancara berlangsung, tetapi jangan berlebihan juga ya, tetap harus ada porsinya. Dengan tersenyum mungkin kamu dapat mengurangi sedikit rasa gugupmu saat wawancara loh. Jangan lupa ditutup dengan mengucapkan terimakasih, lalu kalau perlu kamu tukeran kartu nama dengan recruitermu, karena mereka akan beranggapan kamu sangat proper saat melamar kerja. Goodluck!!!!!

Holiday at Ciwidey

CIWIDEY

After we had pass ied fitr, me and my family decided to go to ciwidey. It’s located in South Bandung. We already booked the cottage for 2 days, i know since everyone wanted to come back to their hometown, the street was full of cars which is definitely traffic jam hit us slowly, and yeaaah we just arrived at ciwidey for 8 hours from Jakarta, and i’ve mind it before. After that we took some rest in the cottage knowing it was 5pm at Ciwidey, we also needed to charged our body after a long trip.

So after we had some rest, we have a dinner. Seriously, ciwidey was so cold at that time, it’s about 15 celcius degree damn! But don’t you worry, our cottage has present hot spring water on our bathroom so everytime we felt cold and our body become freeze, we just have to layed up at the bath tub hahaha. Ciwidey is also a good place to lean on, i also enjoyed the scenary and the weather so much.

It’s not just a good place but a good food also, me and my family had some food culinary and it’s make us happy. We had some itenerary which is Rancabali glamping lake side, Ranca Upas, Walini, and Kawah Putih. Actually we went to visited all the place we’ve been planned, because our time is limited to go back home, we just visited 2 place from 4. It’s Rancabali Glamping Lakeside and Ranca Upas. When we were at Rancabali we saw a beautiful scenary from the ship and damn it’s so beautiful, and we have ride a small boat to strolling around the areas. And the second one is at Ranca Upas, it’s also a good place to have a family time because the place is so friendly. We can rent a tent to camp around the area, and we can feeding a deer also, and surprisingly it’s a free pass, but if you want to feeding a deer you have to bought the carrot in there. But probably if we want to come back here, we have to visit other place because it’s all reccomended based on the reviews. We just passed 2 days in Ciwidey i felt it’s not enough to explore the city, i have to come back here asap xoxo. So how’s your holiday, guys?

Personal Experience

LAST AUGUST, IN BANDUNG

Last august, when holiday came me and my friends went to Bandung to spend our holidays. The sun was bright and we went there by a train from Gambir Station. Before the train came, we had breakfast together at Mcd. Our train came at 06.00 am, so before that we talked about our planned which is place that we wanted to visited in Bandung. After 1 hour, our train came out in station and we immediately headed to the train. Along the way, we often saw the beautiful scenary and it make us enjoyed the travel. It took 3 hours to got there by a train but we didn’t feel bored, because Bandung already awaits us hahaha. Because bandung had so many beautiful place that we have to visited.

After 3 hours finally we had arrived at Bandung Station, after that we booked grab car to the cottage. From station to the cottage can took approximately 2 hours, it’s not so far actually but the traffic did. So after we arrived at the cottage we break and took a nap for a while because our body were getting low along the way hahaha until we forgot we haven’t lunch yet and we woke up at 5 pm. We decided to took a shower because we went to Lereng Anteng Coffee to had a dinner. And you know what? Lereng anteng was a beautiful place to spend the dinner because we could saw the beautiful scenary with a cup of coffee, if you want to Bandung, i recommended you to visit here. And waittt there’s a funny things that we had before we wanted to back to the cottage, we were looked for a grab car but there’s no one that wanted to accepted our requested because our location is too far and it’s already 12 pm hahaha and the coffee shop at the foot of the mountain huuuh but after 1 hour we already waited for a grab car finally there’s a man helped us to back to the cottage and we were thankful.

Days 2, we decided to rent a motorcycle to enjoyed Bandung. We needed to paid 90k/each and i thought it was expensive while in Bali we only needed to paid 50k/each. But yeaaah it’s not problem because in day 2 we had so many place to visited and we were thought if we went by motorcycle it could afoid the traffic hahaha 1st place we had to visited is Maribaya, it’s a good place and instagramable xoxo, 2nd place is The Ranch it’s also a good place and you could ride a house with coboy style, and if we paid the tickets we got a fresh milk and it’s damn fresh and delicious! And the 3rd place is Ranca Upas and yeaaah it was so so excited to got there because except the beautiful scenary we also had feeded a deer and it was so much fun things to did. I also loved this beautiful place, and anyone please offered me to back to this place hahaha and after we visited our list we decided to back home i mean to the cottage.

And the next day, we just layed up in the cottage because my friend suddenly were sick huhhh the most sadest things but yeaah i appreciated my friend hehe hope the next trip this moment couldn’t happened. And at the afternoon we were checked up from the cottage and we went to Asia Afrika Street for lunch and took a photo because Asia Afrika Street is a symbol of Bandung, and we didn’t wanted to pass this moment to took our best photos together. I was so happy to saw happiest faces from my friends, it was a beautiful journey with them, until i forgot our train at 2 pm from Bandung Station. But before we went home, we bought some souvenirs and foods to our family in Jakarta. Yeaaah it was my holiday story, so what’s yours?

English Assignment ( Leuwi Hejo Waterfall)

Leuwi Hejo Waterfall

 Bogor is one of cities that located in West Java. Bogor has so many natural and artficial tourist destination that attracts tourists and one of them is “Leuwi Hejo Waterfall”. This waterfall has very beautiful scenary and also like to be called by some people, “Bogor Green Canyon”. Leuwi Hejo Waterfall is located in Babakan Madang, Sentul, Bogor. To reach this beautiful natural destination, must be through 10 kilometers from Bogor city. The distance can take approximately 20 until 45 minutes. But if you come from Jakarta, it takes around 50 kilometers and takes 3 until 4 hours. But it will be all worth it, because beautiful waterfall awaits you.

             Since Bogor is a metropolis city, so along the way, you rarely see the green rice fields. But don’t you worry, if the weather is good you can still see the mountain which is symbol of Bogor like Pangrango Mountain and Gede Mountain. Although Bogor has so many waterfalls, but Leuwi Hejo has it own attraction to its visitors. One of the main attraction is because Leuwi Hejo has green tosca water under the waterfall. That’s why the visitor always come back to this place.       

    

  The green pool has very clear water with a very cold temperature, not so rarely visitors who swim, feel cold and their body starts to freeze. Because it’s too clear we can see the bottom of the pool that contains soils and rocks. Not only that, the pool in this waterfall, when sunlight hits, it will bounce and refract. It’s so beautiful, right? The visitor also can swim around the waterfall but still have to be careful because the rocks are very slippery. Especially for you who can not swim well, to avoid this accident.           

 Leuwi Hejo is the right place if you want relax but not so far from the city, you just have to takes 3 until 4 hours if you live in Jakarta. You only need to pay Rp.15.000/person. And for those of you who bring a vehicle you only need to pay Rp.8000 for parking ticket and if you bring a car you only need to pay Rp.10.000. In conclusion, you can relax and enjoy the time of your life with friends or family without have to spend too much from your pocket.

Par 1 = “Anti pollution mask with various kind off fragrance” and “folding stainless spoon for travelers” this mask is the first one of our product, anti pollution mark with kinds of fruit fragrance like grape, orang, strawberry, chocolate, cherry and mango will make customer comfortable when driving, the mark is made to avoid the smell of air pollution due to vehicle fames, and this mark also can be relieve breath during the flu, customer can request the varian of mint can relieve breath when we smell it. And the second one is folding stainless spoon for travelers make easier for travelers during traveling. To gives a space for other items in one backpack.

Par 2 = As we know that before, marks in general are ordinary masks without fragrance, and we make a new innovations put them in our masks. So the customer cant smell of our pollution which from public transportation or factory smoke and also our private vehicle, folding stainless spoon also had a unique rides, previous stainless spoons were just ordinary long shaped spoons, the we modificated so the spoon can be told to gives a space for many items in backpack.

Par 3 = To operate this bussiness we make a social media as media promotor, our target is two wheeld rider and also travelers. They can find out our product on website or instagram, and we make a sample for tester the way to promote our product, and don’t forget to make our client being satisfied with our product.

Part 4 = The benefits for the owner are : 

·         The owner also have used the products because the products been tested and has a lot of function

·         Gain profit from sales

·         Have new innovations throught this product

The benefits for the customers :

·         To avoid the smell of air pollution

·         To get this awesome product for a cheap price

·         To relieve breath doing the influenza, witch is the customer pick mint ones for the flavour

Rimbit : Hmm... I thought mint is interesting, because mint can healing influenza, so the customer will interested too?  And what’s mainly advantages for the mask?

Rita     : The advantages of the mask we sell is very comfortable mask used when driving a motorcycle, mask made its goal to avoid the smell of air pollution at the time drive the motorcycle with the variants that we sell, so that the mask is extremely comfortable sense of smell of the mask without having to smell the air pollution.
